Complaints

We aim to provide a high standard of service at all times. However, if you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us using the details on our Contact page.

You may also contact The Lending Channel Ltd on 01738 583008. Complaints can be made by telephone, email, letter or in person. There is no charge for making a complaint.

Your complaint will be investigated fairly and promptly. We will aim to provide you with a final response within eight weeks.

If you are not satisfied with our final response, or we have not completed our investigation within eight weeks, you may be entitled to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
