There will be a fee for mortgage advice, the precise amount will depend upon your circumstances. Your Consultant will confirm the amount before you choose to proceed, but we estimate it to be £499 or 1%. For bridging, commercial, development and business finance, fees may be up to 2% of the loan amount. The exact fee will depend on the complexity of the case and will be confirmed by your Consultant before an application is submitted.
There is no fee for an initial review. Any applicable fee is only payable upon application and on receipt of a formal offer.
